Nebula IC 434 and Orion's belt - 04 January 2008

Constellation Orion is full of wonderful objects. Here is a picture of nebula IC 434.

Constellation Orion is very well-known. There is Orion's belt in the middle of constellation. The belt is formed by three bright stars - Mintaka, Alnilam and Alnitak. The nebula is situated around star Alnitak. There are two well-known parts in this nebula - Flame nebula(NGC2024)and Horsehead nebula (B33).
